What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process scanned medical records using Solarity software
- Ensure accuracy and productivity in processing records
- Utilize computer, typing, and 10-key skills
- Monitor metrics to track performance relative to goals
- Contribute to the pay for performance program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and ability to make quick informed decisions
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to work on a computer for an entire shift
- Experience with medical records is helpful but not required
- Reliable wired internet connection and designated workspace at home
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related field
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
