What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments for imaging services
- Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients
- Support patient care across the network of imaging centers
- Ensure efficient communication and coordination for appointment management
- Assist with any inquiries related to scheduling and patient services
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills
- Basic computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail with a customer-first attitude
- Ability to work onsite when needed and remotely as required
- Previous experience in a call center or medical environment is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a call center or medical setting
- Familiarity with scheduling software or systems
