What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for customer inquiries through telephone and written communication, assisting with problem resolution
- Monitor and evaluate live calls and inquiries, providing feedback for improvement
- Research and recommend accurate information to prevent errors in manuals and systems
- Maintain a high standard of quality and performance, meeting departmental goals
- Collaborate with team members to mentor and assist in training new staff
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of three years of customer service experience
- In-depth knowledge of Medicare Advantage contracts and related processes
- Strong analytical and reasoning skills, with sound judgment in high-stress situations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with coaching employees
- Previous experience in Medicare Advantage customer service and operations
- Familiarity with Blue plan operations
