  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Conduct telephonic screening services to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, confirming their Veteran status and assisting with benefits
  - Meet production goals by answering inbound calls and conducting outreach activities
  - Review and analyze member correspondence to retrieve individual charts from VA facilities
  - Maintain quality standards through proper phone etiquette and accurate documentation
  - Participate in staff development programs and demonstrate alignment with the employer’s vision and values
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High School Diploma or General Education Degree
  - Experience in direct consumer interaction and telephone sales
  - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage elderly individuals
  - Ability to analyze program criteria and interact effectively via telephone or correspondence
  - Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Bilingual in English and Spanish
  - Previous experience in a call center or healthcare-related environment
  - Strong skills in data entry and computer usage
  - Proven ability to persuade and engage individuals over the phone
  - Familiarity with state and federal regulatory requirements
