What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Measure equipment reliability and make recommendations for performance improvements using digital tools
- Collaborate with local reliability engineers to provide insights and support for new digital tools and processes
- Perform remote monitoring of customer fleets to ensure efficient performance and analyze telemetry, maintenance, and logistics data
- Provide input to technical leadership, particularly in operations and maintenance, and analyze equipment performance
- Implement reliability improvement programs and processes to translate opportunities into cost savings and growth
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Control Systems
- Proficiency with machine telemetry and understanding of machine operations in a mining environment
- Solid understanding of reading and interpreting mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical schematics
- Experience in mining equipment maintenance and strong electrical skills
- Knowledge of data analytics methodologies and data visualization tools

- Basic knowledge of data science tools
- Strong customer relations and active listening skills
- Flexible and self-motivated with demonstrated initiative
