      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage various projects within the National Center for Autonomous Technologies (NCAT) and support the NCAT Director
      - Oversee the NCAT Ambassador program and coordinate professional development opportunities
      - Collaborate with education partners to maintain accreditation processes for programs
      - Monitor grant activities, outreach, and reporting requirements associated with NCAT
      - Represent NCAT leadership at STEM fairs, career fairs, and conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in education, autonomous technologies, or a related field, and 1-2 years of work experience in education or autonomous technologies; or an associate degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience
      - Knowledge of industry program accreditation and certification processes
      - Proficient in research and evaluation methodologies to assess program effectiveness
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills for diverse audiences
      - Computer skills, including a general working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in management, education, engineering, sciences, or autonomous technologies
      - 3 or more years of experience in an educational institution or training program related to autonomous technologies
      - Previous leadership or project management experience
      - Familiarity with Minnesota State college and MDE secondary programs
      - Experience with grant writing and coordinating activities
