What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional customer service and inbound phone sales to prospective customers
- Answer questions regarding services and effectively handle objections during calls
- Close pest control sales over the phone and schedule initial service appointments
- Manage customer relationships to ensure best-in-class service and identify cross-selling opportunities
- Utilize gamification methods to measure performance and enhance engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of telesales experience with a proven track record of meeting sales quotas
- Minimum of 2 years of cold calling and/or telemarketing experience
- Ability to make 200+ phone calls per day
- Strong PC knowledge to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers on the phone

- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
