What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for clarifications after training
- Monitor FNFI/OS departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Manage expedited review department with FNFI/OS
- Complete periodic audits of completed FNFI/OS files
- Work with National Offshore Training Coordinator team to identify and resolve gaps in the FNFI/OS process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years production experience in the title insurance or real estate related industry
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Technical writing experience
- Demonstrated effective people skills & sensitivities
- Ability to adapt & pivot in a fluid environment
