What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with potential customers through an automated phone system, verifying eligibility criteria
- Utilize effective communication and rebuttals to overcome customer objections
- Maintain accurate call status updates in the phone system
- Adhere to company compliance and quality standards while engaging with customers
- Ensure availability to connect with potential customers as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills necessary for the role
- Must complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check
- Experience in a commission-based environment preferred
- Strong listening skills and the ability to conduct needs analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Over-the-phone call center experience is advantageous
- Self-starter motivated by personal goal achievement
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Strong use of business vocabulary
