What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager
- Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner
- Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
- Clarify orders as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License
- Previous experience in pharmacy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Moderate to advanced computer skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- LTC pharmacy experience
- Knowledge of brand name and generic medications
- Great telephone etiquette
- Familiarity with Frameworks / ECM
