What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with EMR systems Carelink and Aprima to schedule and take calls
- Create efficient schedules for physicians based on patient acuity and proximity
- Field messages from patients regarding appointments, adjustments, and cancellations
- Prioritize patient appointments based on acuity level and available slots
- Ensure physicians have 7 contact hours scheduled daily and meet deadlines for schedule creation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous healthcare customer service, patient scheduling, or call center experience
- Must be located in one of the following states: FL, OH, GA, IL, IN, MI, NJ, MO, NY, PA, TX, VA, WA, WV, WI
- Ability to work empathetically with sick Medicare patients
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in healthcare customer service or patient scheduling
- Familiarity with EMR systems such as Carelink and Aprima
