      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide proactive phone, email, and chat support to clinical trial participants and site staff
      - Manage inbound calls while focusing on remote outbound communications
      - Act as a liaison between end users and medical device manufacturer representatives
      - Adhere to program service level agreements (SLAs) and training requirements
      - Document interactions effectively using the Zendesk platform

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or GED with 3+ years of patient interaction experience, or a 4-year degree with 1+ year of patient interaction experience
      - Very strong interpersonal skills, including excellent customer service skills and phone demeanor
      - Organized with best documentation practices
      - Experience working with sensitive patient populations, particularly schizophrenia
      - Availability to work M-F from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM EST, plus one hour over the weekend

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to effectively document interactions in the Zendesk platform
      - Experience in clinical trial support or working with mental illness populations
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills
      - Good clinical practice training
      - Experience in the medical device industry, either in education or customer support
