What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Effectively manage moderate to high prescription volume
- Input patient data into the pharmacy information management system
- Maintain knowledge of and comply with HIPAA and applicable regulations
- Display a professional approach with team members at all times
- Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of two years of relative work experience preferred
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Must demonstrate initiative, time management, and organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Data entry and call center experience preferred
- Willingness to take on additional duties as needed
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to learn competencies in pharmacy information systems
- Responsible and cooperative team member
