What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and analyze technical support services for enterprise processes and technology, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Monitor and complete work requests to guarantee quality and timely service delivery
- Participate in continuous improvement processes, managing and testing workflow changes
- Analyze data to identify gaps and resolve complex problems, documenting resolutions as necessary
- Schedule and facilitate strategic meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Basic understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, SQL)
- Minimum of 3 years of application support experience, preferably in Payments Infrastructure
- Knowledge of Infrastructure Support responsibilities and ability to maintain system reliability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP Certification or prior Project Management experience
- Experience as a Team Lead or in a leadership position
