- Answer high volume of calls each day
- Patient registration for ED and Urgent Care
- Collect patient demographics over the phone
- Verify insurance and speak to patients about co-pays and financial responsibility
- Enter data into EPIC (Registration platform)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with EHR/Epic
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in patient support or patient care coordination
