What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide engineering design and support for security solutions for new and existing clients
- Review architectural, electrical, telecommunication, and security engineering floor plans and drawings
- Design, develop, and implement solutions for system installations, upgrades, and repairs
- Create solution design documentation, including drawings and BOMs
- Provide technical support for both in-office and on-site team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3-7 years of previous experience in the electronic security industry
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred, or equivalent experience
- Experience in the design and planning of access control and video systems
- Familiarity with standard Electronic Security technology (ACS, IDS, FDS, CCTV)
- Professional Electronic Security Certifications or training preferred (Lenel, Genetec, etc.)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional certifications in industry-leading electronic security technologies
- Experience with project management in security system implementation
- Knowledge of emerging electronic security technologies and industry trends
