What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate project scope, resource requirements, budget, timeline, deliverables, and plans
- Identify and address project risks and interdependencies across the life cycle
- Engage with cross-functional stakeholders for problem-solving and technology solutions
- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations to leadership and stakeholders
- Evaluate and implement new technologies or enhancements to existing technologies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 7+ years of IT project management experience in large enterprise environments
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including managing complex IT projects
- Experience with SDLC/waterfall projects and tools such as Clarity and Rally
- Direct communication experience with business stakeholders at Director level and above
- Ability to work in the Central Time Zone with other team members and vendor resources

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the healthcare/insurance domain
- PMP certification
