  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage Requests for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Qs) from initiation to submission
  - Develop marketing qualification packages while collaborating with technical staff
  - Create compelling visuals and assist in interview preparations
  - Edit and proofread marketing materials with a focus on A/E/C industry terminology
  - Utilize InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite to produce high-quality documents
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 2-5 years of marketing experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
  - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Public Relations, Communications, Graphic Design, or Journalism
  - Proficiency in InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
  - Advanced English writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  - Strong attention to detail and understanding of A/E/C industry terminology and delivery methods
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience in producing marketing materials for complex engineering or construction projects
  - Knowledge of sustainable design practices in the building industry
  - Strong graphic design skills that enhance proposal submissions
  - Familiarity with project management software or tools
  - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
