What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct electronic and manual benefit verifications to ensure accurate coverage details
- Call insurance providers to gather missing information for verifications
- Perform system data entry and cleanup as part of initial tasks
- Track and complete benefit verifications within a streamlined, automated platform
- Participate in the expansion of advanced tasks related to the Blizzard initiative
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to work within a metrics-driven environment
- Strong communication skills for interacting with insurance providers
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in benefit verifications
- Capable of performing data entry and cleanup tasks
- Willingness to undergo a background check based on job duties
