  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for radiologist positions
  - Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent
  - Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
  - Collaborate with Physician Relations VP to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  - Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires with the Provider Coordinator
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in radiologist recruitment
  - Strong knowledge of the radiology industry and its specific staffing needs
  - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  - Strong organizational skills to handle various recruitment processes simultaneously
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Experience building relationships with residency and fellowship programs
  - Demonstrated ability to stay informed about industry trends and best practices in physician recruitment
  - Proven problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges effectively
