  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Schedule patient appointments and manage customer service functions in a high call volume environment
  - Conduct patient reception and appointment check-in processes
  - Verify insurance information for patients in the Radiology Department
  - Maintain effective communication with patients while handling incoming calls
  - Ensure timely follow-up and coordination of appointments
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - High school diploma or equivalent
  - Minimum of two years of experience in direct customer/patient service, or one year of experience within the employer's Radiology Department
  - Must reside in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North Dakota, or South Dakota and have a reliable internet connection
  - Ability to work in a quiet environment free from interruptions
  - Availability for full-time onsite training in Saint Paul, MN
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Two years of post-secondary education in healthcare or business administration
  - Experience in a high-volume call center, particularly in a healthcare setting
  - Familiarity with healthcare scheduling processes
  - Knowledge of the Epic electronic medical record system
