What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform all aspects of the hospital's assessment and referral process
- Ensure expedient processing of E-Fax and Concord referrals
- Monitor the Electronic Bed Board and review medical records
- Verify medical insurance and enter data in MedSeries IV
- Maintain excellent customer relations through supportive communication with all contacts

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Licensed RN or LPN preferred; Master's Degree in a Behavioral Health-related field (QMHP)
- Current license to practice nursing in Florida
- 1-3 years of experience preferred in psychiatric healthcare, particularly in Behavioral Health Intake/Admissions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work flexible hours and utilize department-specific electronic applications with accurate data entry skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing medical and clinical information for appropriate staffing with physicians
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to multi-task under high stress and pressure
