What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan and implement recruitment programs for transfer and special populations in West Virginia
- Conduct outreach and promotional activities at college fairs and information sessions
- Maintain a remote home-office and manage an operational budget for recruitment activities
- Organize and host in-person and virtual recruitment events for prospective students
- Analyze recruitment data and trends to inform strategic planning
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s degree and 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of relevant experience
- Strong commitment to customer service and event planning skills
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently and work extended hours or weekends as needed
- Valid driver’s license and ability to transport materials over 60 pounds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with BANNER, Salesforce, and/or Target X
- Familiarity with web-based applications and Office 365
- Demonstrated experience in reviewing grammar and promotional materials
