      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the daily schedules of field technicians to optimize efficiency and productivity
      - Ensure customer appointment times are met and manage any necessary reprioritization of jobs
      - Provide timely notifications to customers regarding appointment changes or delays
      - Facilitate communication between technicians, customers, and management through various channels
      - Handle scheduling exceptions and dispatch technicians to emergency requests after hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong communication and customer service skills
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
      - Ability to efficiently multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Basic data entry and typing skills
      - Familiarity with computer systems and MS Windows

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a scheduling or dispatching role within the security or service industry
      - Knowledge of local geography to effectively prioritize technician assignments
      - Previous experience in customer service or a related field
