What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform telephone triage with a diverse patient population
- Assess needed care and collaborate with patients to provide clinical solutions
- Provide comprehensive nursing assessments in a non-traditional nursing environment
- Participate in team conferences and assess patient education needs
- Notify practices and leadership of all patient encounters and operational concerns
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing required
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the applicable state
- Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required
- Experience in telephone triage, pediatrics, and ED triage is desired
- BLS certification required per policy guidelines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- BSN preferred
- Experience with diverse patient populations in a telehealth setting
- Familiarity with health systems and clinical innovation practices
