      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide support to clients transitioning from client intake to the support pipeline, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and continued satisfaction
      - Maintain client loyalty and foster long-term relationships by understanding clients' needs and goals and providing tailored solutions
      - Upsell existing clients to new services, driving revenue generation and enhancing client satisfaction
      - Facilitate overall client service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively
      - Monitor client progress and ensure they are achieving their goals and objectives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
      - Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
      - Proven experience in achieving KPIs and SLAs as an account manager, client success manager, or similar role
      - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen eye for syntax, grammar, and vocabulary
      - Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in email, word processing, CRM, and software navigation

      - Experience teaching or demonstrating software functionality and driving adoption internally or externally
      - Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, adapt to changing circumstances, and manage conflicts professionally
