What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and process study budgets for all research trials using sponsor's protocols
- Draft and prepare Medicare Coverage Analysis in Excel for review
- Maintain a list of relevant vendor costs and stay updated on pricing and payments
- Create and update Research Billing Guides (RBG) and Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Support compliance with the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing preferred
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Relevant experience in preparing budgets and proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with medical billing, CPT codes, and electronic records is preferable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in oncology research and healthcare billing
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for budget preparation
- Knowledge of medical billing processes and compliance standards
- Familiarity with Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) and research protocols
- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment
