What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Accurately create and maintain Medicare Coverage Analysis for study budgets and updates
- Maintain and update Study Start-up and Fee for Services Schedules
- Address contractual and budget inquiries from various departments based on Clinical Trial Agreements
- Create and update Research Billing Guides (RBG) for protocols and amendments
- Upload necessary study documents to the appropriate database and collaborate with the A/R Analyst on billing and reconciliation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in oncology research and healthcare billing preferred
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
- Experience with medical billing, CPT codes, and electronic records preferred
- Relevant experience in preparing budgets and proficiency in Excel
