What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage regulatory processes and procedures for clinical trials, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
- Prepare protocol documents that meet regulatory and institutional requirements
- Communicate and collaborate with central operations to resolve regulatory issues
- Maintain Texas Oncology Research systems and assist with local QA initiatives
- Facilitate the collection of site training documents and monitor safety reports

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in clinical research, regulatory affairs, and/or an oncology-related field required
- Experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication skills with the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Associate's degree in a clinical or scientific-related discipline preferred
- Experience working with Sponsor Monitor representatives preferred
- Background in oncology-related clinical research preferred
