      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle a high volume of incoming calls from customers requesting to cancel services and retain their business
      - Utilize customer service and sales experience to persuade and upsell customers
      - Provide exceptional de-escalation and problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns
      - Maintain knowledge of company policies, products, and services to effectively assist customers
      - Consistently improve performance and achieve sales targets to increase bonus potential

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in a sales role with experience selling or saving customers
      - Minimum of 2 years of call center customer service or sales experience
      - High school diploma, GED, or some college experience
      - Attendance adherence is critical, with mandatory training attendance for 8 weeks
      - Ability to work from a private, undisturbed place with high-speed internet connection

      - Experience in customer retention and loyalty
      - Strong negotiation skills and the ability to perform quick calculations
      - Active listening skills to identify customer needs effectively
      - Familiarity with interpreting contracts and communicating terms and conditions
