What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess, train, and provide continuing education for Revenue Integrity colleagues across assigned Health Ministries
- Develop and maintain training programs, schedules, and materials for new hires and existing staff
- Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring all colleagues are proficient in Revenue Cycle applications
- Collaborate with system implementation teams to develop and test training for end users
- Provide updates on regulatory, insurance, and billing information to revenue cycle colleagues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge and experience in Revenue Cycle functional training for key Revenue Integrity functions
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written formats
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment with confidential information
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Credentialed in Epic Cadence, Prelude, and Referral applications
- CHAA and CRCS-I certifications preferred
- Experience creating educational training documentation
- Familiarity with Federal and State government regulations and Compliance standards in healthcare
- Ability to convey complex information in a user-friendly manner
