      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Research, collect, and analyze information to identify opportunities and develop solutions
      - Collaborate on performance improvement activities and distribute analytical reports
      - Track and report trends to improve hospital registration performance
      - Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to drive strategic denial initiatives
      - Maintain an understanding of regulatory and payer changes to ensure compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - Minimum of three (3) years of revenue cycle experience in billing, coding, and collections
      - Knowledge of insurance and governmental programs, regulations, and billing processes
      - Certification and membership in AAPC, AHIMA, HFMA, AAHAM, or NAHAM strongly preferred
      - Ability to understand Revenue Cycle Key Performance Indicators and identify quality performance vulnerabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in a related field
      - Working knowledge of denials-related software technology
      - Experience with non-acute care revenue cycle processes
