What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate nursing activities to ensure effective patient care and team efficiency
- Oversee the Quality Program for the clinic and ensure compliance with all standards
- Maintain clinical record documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulations
- Provide ongoing training and educational opportunities for clinical staff
- Supervise RN, LPN, and HHA field staff as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Active RN licensure in the states of Wisconsin and Iowa
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with OASIS and/or coding
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and performance improvement activities
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients and perform admission processes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Medicare skilled nursing
- Basic understanding of OASIS documentation processes
- Previous RN experience in home health care settings
