What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Sell insurance policies tailored to clients' needs
- Follow up with leads and prospect contacts provided by the employer
- Educate customers on various coverage options
- Build and maintain lasting relationships to encourage policy renewals
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall team success

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability to work Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
- Commitment to completing the probationary training program
- Willingness to study for and pass the Property & Casualty License exam after the probation period
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior sales experience
- Experience in the insurance industry
- Knowledge of the Russian or Ukrainian language
