What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with members who have requested information about their benefits
- Educate clients on available insurance options, including life, accident, and hospital coverage
- Assist clients in enrolling in the appropriate insurance coverage based on their needs
- Follow up with policyholders and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of client satisfaction
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in Georgia
- Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license, with guidance and support provided
- Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working remotely in a flexible environment
- Motivated to grow professionally and financially in a mission-driven role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service, life insurance, remote work, or sales
