What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Speak with members who have requested information about their benefits.
- Educate clients on available insurance options (life, accident, hospital).
- Help clients enroll in the right coverage based on their needs.
- Follow up with policyholders and maintain compliance records.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the enrollment process.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must currently reside in Georgia.
- Must be eligible to obtain a state life insurance license (the employer provides guidance and support).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work remotely.
- Highly organized and motivated to grow professionally and financially in a mission-driven role.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in customer service, life insurance, remote work, or sales.
