What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and articulate the value proposition of the employer's transcription services to the market
- Attract new clients and oversee the sales process for the transcription business
- Prepare and deliver pitches and presentations to potential new clients
- Manage the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation, including maintaining client activities in CRM and Salesforce
- Foster collaborative relationships with current and potential clients while ensuring excellent customer service
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated sales and/or marketing experience in transcription sales, preferably for a global organization
- Proven success in meeting assigned sales quotas and targets
- Subject matter expert in business development and market development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree

- Experience in healthcare sales and B2B selling
- Ability to work effectively as a team player and demonstrate detail-oriented behaviors
