What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication via phone, text, and email

- Handle sales calls and convert prospects into paid members

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
- Must be available to work full-time Monday to Friday, with specific hours including Wednesday mornings
- Minimum of 6 hours of electrical power backup and internet backup systems
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to completing tasks
