      Compensation: 100% Commission Uncapped earning potential ($80K-$100K+ realistic annual target).

      Duties:
      • Make outbound calls daily to diesel shops, engine builders, performance retailers, and installers to introduce D&J products.
      • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls and live chat inquiries from potential and existing customers.
      • Engage with customers to understand their needs, address queries, and guide them through D&J Precision Machine's products, services, and active promotions.
      • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
      • Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer needs.
      • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, preferences, and transactions using our CRM system.
      • Guide customers through the sales process, providing detailed information, and assisting with the selection of the most suitable products/services.
      • Assist customers with order placement, payment processing, and other transactional activities.
      • Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
      • Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

      Requirements

      Experience:
      • Experience in B2B or B2C sales-preferably in the automotive aftermarket or performance diesel industry
      • Knowledge of Cummins or other diesel platforms strongly preferred
      • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset-comfortable managing your own time and pipeline
      • Tech-savvy: able to navigate CRMs, Google Suite, and video calls with ease
      • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
