What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments with clients for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Provide personalized solutions tailored to clients' needs and budgets
- Collaborate with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Participate in both virtual and in-person training sessions
- Design policies that best fit clients' financial needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for the interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with financial products and insurance services
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
