      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct appointments to assist clients with mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
      - Provide one-on-one mentorship and training to new agents
      - Work with warm leads from families actively seeking coverage
      - Design policies tailored to meet clients' needs and budgets
      - Maintain an organized approach to managing client interactions and follow-ups

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills
      - Organized and self-motivated
      - Proactive in problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in sales or customer service roles
      - Familiarity with insurance products and financial solutions
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting
      - Previous experience in a remote work environment
