What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Provide tailored solutions for clients based on their needs and budget
- Meet virtually with families to discuss and protect them through various life and health products
- Assist in training and mentoring new agents
- Design policies that fit clients’ specific requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with the insurance industry or financial products
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals or quotas
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience working with warm leads or referrals
