What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Run appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Meet virtually with families to assess their needs and provide suitable coverage options
- Design policies tailored to fit clients' needs and budget
- Work with warm leads from families who have expressed interest in coverage
- Collaborate with team members and participate in ongoing training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with clients
- Organized, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles
- Familiarity with insurance products and services
- Strong networking skills to build relationships in the community
