What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct appointments for mortgage protection, life insurance, final expense, retirement protection, annuities, and debt-free living
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Meet virtually with families to provide tailored insurance solutions
- Design policies that fit clients' needs and budgets
- Build and manage your own team if desired
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Proactive in problem-solving
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Familiarity with insurance products and regulations
- Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships
