      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist individuals in finding viable life and health insurance solutions tailored to their needs and budget
      - Conduct virtual meetings with families to provide coverage options and protect their financial well-being
      - Participate in both virtual and in-person training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
      - Work with warm leads from families who have expressed interest in coverage
      - Design and customize insurance policies to fit clients' specific needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for interview)
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients
      - Organizational skills to manage appointments and client information
      - Self-motivated and proactive in problem-solving

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service is beneficial
      - Familiarity with the insurance industry or financial products
      - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
