      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from prospective enrollees for individual dental insurance products, assessing customer needs and recommending suitable options
      - Complete new applications and guide callers through payment options, ensuring a smooth sales process
      - Act as a Customer Service Representative II to address existing customer inquiries related to eligibility, benefits, claims, and billing
      - Maintain organized records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system
      - Meet production standards and effectively resolve complex inquiries related to enrollment and billing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Active Health Insurance License in the state of residence
      - Minimum of 4 years of successful customer service sales experience in a call center or similar environment
      - High school diploma or GED preferred, but relevant experience may be considered
      - Strong leadership, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
      - Ability to pass assessments in basic computer, telephone skills, and math

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Dental assisting certificate or experience in a dental office or lab
      - Experience in a dental insurance environment or dental claims adjudication
