What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to assess their needs
- Provide knowledge on supplemental coverage solutions
- Cultivate lasting client relationships through regular check-ins
- Complete administrative tasks such as note-taking and appointment setting
- Participate in conventions and incentive trips as part of the incentive program
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be passionate, competitive, motivated, dependable, hardworking, adaptable, flexible, and trainable
- No specific educational background required; open to all levels of education
- Previous experience in client relations or sales is beneficial
- Ability to conduct consultations and presentations via video conferencing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
