      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inbound calls from prospective customers regarding personal line auto and home insurance policies
      - Educate customers on insurance policy details, including coverage and pricing
      - Prepare and bind quotes through our insurance carriers
      - Effectively problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate customer purchases
      - Provide high-energy, attentive conversation to help customers find policies that best fit their needs

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be able to work weekends and evenings
      - Strong multitasking skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
      - Passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
      - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with insurance products and policies
      - Experience working in a remote environment
      - Strong problem-solving and communication skills
      - A background in fintech or technology-related fields
      - Prior experience in a customer-facing role
