What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Meet virtually with families to provide life and health insurance coverage
- Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage
- Follow a proven system for success in sales and client engagement
- Design insurance policies tailored to client needs
- Mentor and assist new agents in their development and success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire)
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized and goal-oriented
- Self-motivated with a commitment to personal growth
- Proactive in problem-solving and following established systems
