What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or GED
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
- Dedicated home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download / 2 Mbps upload) and necessary equipment
- Proven ability to meet commitments and maintain high standards of accountability
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
